Here at The Chosen Smoke, customer satisfaction is essential to us. If the item you have purchased from us is defective when you receive it, you have 30 days to return it to us from the date it was shipped to you.

In order to return an item, you need to contact us via email or phone. The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges associated with the return of defective items. You must also include proof of purchase.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and tested in our service center to verify that it is indeed defective. If we determine that the item is not defective or has been misused in any way, then The Chosen Smoke reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange request. We also reserve the right to correct any mistakes made by our company if applicable.

Items purchased from The Chosen Smoke are not eligible for refunds unless they are found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery. All sales made on consumable items (such as cartridges) are final, and no refunds will be issued for these items.

Any item purchased from us that contains THC must remain sealed to qualify for a refund or exchange. If the seal is broken, The Chosen Smoke reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange request.

In the event that The Chosen Smoke issues a refund, please allow up to 7-14 days for the money to post back into your account. Any return or refund request beyond 30 days of the delivery date may be denied at our discretion.

The Chosen Smoke reserves the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice. We will always do our best to provide an acceptable solution in a timely manner.
